1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Flowidly's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Flowidly's services for personal or business purposes, subject to the following restrictions:
- You must not modify or copy our software or materials
- You must not use the services for any unlawful purpose
- You must not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
- You must not remove any copyright or proprietary notations
- You must not transfer the materials to another person
3. Account Terms

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Flowidly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using our services.
6. User Content
You are responsible for all content you upload, post, or transmit through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content for the purpose of providing our services. You represent that:
- You own or have rights to the content you submit
- Your content does not violate any third-party rights
- Your content complies with all applicable laws
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Flowidly, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
